Embedding the Quality 4.0 strategy into our quality management system, we have been making continuous improvement.
We have established a sophisticated quality management system. Regular reviews of the system are carried out to make sure it in an effective and operational condition. In responding to the high-quality requirement from customers, we have also obtained Cisco and UL ZPVI2 Certification.
But there is no permanent solution. Even a well-established system is in a continuing need of updating. Hence, we have been promoting a series of improvement programs.

We began Six Sigma Program from 2006. And after more than 10 years of efforts, the management concept of Six Sigma has fitted into each link in the chain from development to production. Since its implementation in 2006, our service capability has been greatly enhanced, with 20 improvement projects accomplished each year on average. Furthermore, Quality Control Circle (QCC) activity is carried out periodically, offering an effective channel for the full participation in quality improvement.
Given the state of the market, Quality 4.0 is closely related with intelligent manufacturing, and that is one of the reasons why we are roaring ahead with intelligentization. Leveraging the intelligent technologies, manufacturing process is standardized to reduce the variations and thus bolster the production quality.

Quality 4.0, besides, certainly includes the digitalization of quality management. Integrating with MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, we have constructed an agile digital management system to fully support the well-functioning operation of the Quality Control System.
